Understanding that  "how much does it cost" is paramount to small companies, we put our pricing up front so you can immediately see how affordable a top notch food safety program can be.

 

Complet Food Safety Plans starting at $1,100

A complete food safety system is a combination of:

  • Hazards Analysis and Critical Control Point Plan (HACCP)
  • Hazards Analysis and Risk-based Preventive Controls Plan (HARPC)
  • Preventive Controls Plan (Process, Allergen, Sanitation, Supply Chain Hazards)
  • Good Manufacturing Practices Plan (cGMP)
  • Sanitation Standards and Policies (SSOP)
  • Critical Control Point and Preventative Controls (CCP & PC) Monitoring
  • Process, Sanitation, Allergen, & Supplier Monitoring
  • Documented Training
  • Micro Testing Program

While this appears to be a daunting list, we have nearly 100 templates to start from, so your cost is mostly related to customizing monitoring documents to your products and systems.  As an example, a complete comprehensive food safety system for a company with 5 skus would cost $1,100.  A company with 10 similar skus could expect to pay between $1,400 and $1,800.

Manufacturing Systems and Design Consulting/Review - $55/hr

 

Monitoring Plans (includes travel in the Denver metro area)

Once a system is set up, your existing employees and supervisors will have the ability to execute your system.  We can perform the QA Manager functions of compliance verification and auditing as well as periodic inspections to make sure your plan is working and effective.  We visit your site to review paperwork, perform a food safety inspection and perform environmental testing (ATP, Allergens, Listeria).  Included in the inspections are surface swabbing tests and allergen presence testing.  Listeria testing can be added as an option and we can coordinate your outside lab work for finished product testing as well.  All visits are summarized in a status report to management with photos of concerning observations.

 

Monthly / Bi-Monthly - $125 / Visit

Weekly - $100 / Visit

2x Week - $90 / Visit

3x Week - $85 / Visit
